Use / Scope  
Use is – where legally required – exclusively for motorsport/off-road purposes. 
The customer is responsible for complying with legal regulations (e.g., licensing and emissions law).  

Technical condition of the vehicle  
The customer ensures that the vehicle is in technically perfect condition: 
– no leaks / boost pressure leaks etc. 
– no error codes 
– functioning sensors (e.g. Lambda, MAP, IAT, LPFP/HPFP)  

Meaningful logs must be provided upon request.  

Liability  
SpicyCarWorks is not liable for damages caused by: 
– Tuning measures 
– damaged technology 
– improper use 
– Use of third-party software (e.g., MHD, Bootmod3, etc.)  

Cancellation / Digital Content  
Custom software modifications and digital tuning files are excluded from return and cancellation once execution has begun.  

Manufacturer's warranty & dealer's guarantee  
Modifications to the engine control unit may void all or part of the warranty claims against the vehicle manufacturer or dealer. 
The customer is aware that ECU tuning may lead to a restriction or loss of manufacturer's warranty, dealer guarantee or goodwill claims.  

Performance promise  
Performance figures (horsepower/torque increase) depend on the individual vehicle condition, hardware, fuel quality, and environmental conditions. Actual performance values ​​may vary.
