These terms and conditions govern participation in the referral program of SpicyCarWorks , owner: Jason Hornig.
§1 Eligibility to participate
All adults with an active customer account at SpicyCarWorks are eligible to participate.
§2 Expiry of the recommendation

The referrer receives a personal referral link or code.

The person referred must register using this link or code and place a first order.

After successful and complete payment of this order, the referrer will receive a cash bonus and the referred person will receive a discount (amount see §3).
§3 Rewards and discounts

The referrer receives a cash reward of €10 for each successful recommendation.

The referred person receives a one-time discount of 10% on their first order.

The premium amount and discount policy are subject to change at any time. Changes apply only to future recommendations.
§4 Payment

The bonus will be paid out within 14 days of confirmation of the successful recommendation.

Payment will be made via bank transfer or PayPal . The referrer must provide their account information correctly and completely.

There is a minimum payout amount of € 20 . Accumulating multiple bonuses is possible.
§5 Tax information
The bonus may represent taxable income for the advertiser. The advertiser is responsible for proper taxation. SpicyCarWorks assumes no liability for this.
§6 Abuse / Exclusion
SpicyCarWorks reserves the right to exclude participants from the referral program in the event of misuse, false information, or attempted manipulation, and to refuse or reclaim rewards.
§7 Amendment or termination
SpicyCarWorks may modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Rewards already earned but not yet paid out will remain unaffected.
